Mushroom, Egg & Marmite bulgur bowl
Ingredients
4 Mushrooms, sliced
dash of marmite
20g Bulgur Wheat
1 Egg White
2 Baby Tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cucumber, cubed
Method
1. Place water into a small saucepan with the bulgur wheat. Add the marmite and heat until the water comes to a boil. Lower the heat to a rolling boil for 5 mins. Add the mushrooms.
2. Cook a further 5 mins then once all the liquid has absorbed add the egg white. For the last few minutes add the tomatoes and cucumber.
3. Serve into a soup bowl and top off with a handful of greens.
