This is my recovery journey...


Okay, well. I do appreciate that the hospital have allowed me some leave at home and it is only now being at home do I realise how stuck I am in my ways. I had every intention to go home and do the simple task... just follow the meal plan! - But no. I want to eat clean and healthy foods so I made a compromise in my head.

BREAKFAST


Martha Stewarts Bulgur Porridge 
served in my blue spode bowl
1/2 a pink grapefruit
Hot lemon Tea
(plus medication!)


Topped off my porridge with a sprinkling of cinnamon - replacing the sugar



LUNCH


My own unique creation!
Bulgur risotto with mushrooms, marmite and red pepper, topped with an egg white
served with salad on the side.
