Kaniwa Farewell to summer salad - My New Roots Post

Well, I was just having one of those quickie evening browse through some blogs when I came across a post by the inspirational Sarah Britton from My New Roots for this farewell tribute recipe to summer:

It was only the other day when I had finally took the plunge to try out quinoa and I have to say it was quite a nice change. Now to find out there is a 'baby quinoa' - I guess this just gives me an excuse to try the whole family! =]
Reviewing this recipe which had been posted seems to sound right up my street with the combination of such healthy, fresh vegetables. Definitely something on my 'to try' list =]
