Day to make 'Natural food colouring' from vegetables!

Red cabbage and spinach 'leftovers' (from making natural dye) with egg white, mushroom, peppers and cucumber - my own recipe 

3 tablespoons Red cabbage fibre ball
2 tablespoons spinach fibre ball
1 tablespoon beetroot fibre ball
3 mushrooms sliced
1/4 pepper, sliced
chunk of cucumber diced
1 egg white
3 caps of cider vinegar (turned mixture from blue to red =])
1/2 stock cube
300 ml hot water


1. To a saucepan, cook mushrooms. Add the fibre balls and stir. Add water and a stock cube half. Add cider vinegar and some basil. Add cooked egg white with peppers and cucumber. Heat through and serve with rocket salad.
